If changes or cancellations are made with less than 24 hours notice, a charge of the appointment price will be applied.
50% chargeFailure to attend your appointment without notifying us in advance will result in a charge of the appointment price before making another booking.
100% chargeIf you are concerned about forgetting your appointment, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to send you a reminder the day before.
