Any dog bringing fleas into our salon will incur an additional fee on top of the grooming cost.
This covers a deep clean and special disinfectant to prevent the spread to other animals and visitors.
Please ensure your dog is treated with appropriate flea prevention before their appointment.
£15 – £25 additionalPlease arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals may result in refusal of service as it disrupts our schedule and impacts other clients’ appointments.
If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you.
Collection must be as arranged at the time of booking.
